Kacie Penman’s practice focuses on construction and real estate litigation and probate matters. Ms. Penman represents property owners, contractors, and executors of estates. Ms. Penman’s background is in both criminal prosecution and criminal defense. Through this, she was able to hone her litigation and court room skills. This unique background provides her clients with a caring but zealous advocacy, diligence in pursuit of claims, and the ability to negotiate the best outcome.
Ms. Penman was born and raised in Cypress, Texas. She then attended Oklahoma State University where she majored in Strategic Communications and International Business before beginning her law degree at South Texas College of Law Houston. Mrs. Penman is an avid traveler and enjoys learning about different cultures and people which allow her to adapt to a wide variety of situations.
