Personal Experience

Anees Joubran’s practice focuses on construction and real estate law, civil litigation, estate planning, and business transactions. He represents property owners, contractors, developers, and business owners in both disputes and transactional matters involving residential and commercial projects. Mr. Joubran assists clients with construction and real estate disputes, including breach of contract claims, partnership and ownership conflicts,


fiduciary duty issues, and related business disputes. He also handles probate and other civil litigation matters when conflicts arise.


In addition to litigation, Mr. Joubran drafts and negotiates construction contracts, real estate agreements, corporate governance documents, shareholder agreements, and other commercial contracts. With a background in Industrial Distribution from the College of Engineering at Texas A&M University, he brings a practical and analytical approach to contract drafting, risk management, and business structuring.


Mr. Joubran was born and raised in Houston, Texas, and attended Jersey Village High School before going on to study at Texas A&M University in College Station, where he was a member of the Corps of Cadets. He later earned his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law Houston and is admitted to practice in Texas. Prior the firm, Mr. Joubran gained experience in Defense Base Act litigation, white-collar and qui tam matters, international business transactions, intellectual property matters, and administrative litigation.


Mr. Joubran is proud of his Lebanese heritage. His grandparents opened Houston’s first Lebanese bakery, Abdallah’s Bakery (now Abdallah’s Lebanese Café). He is also fluent in Arabic and speaks French.
